This is my 2011 art project: I'm going to attempt to do one drawing every day of the year. The drawings can be any medium, any size, any level of care and completion. I'm looking forward to seeing how my work evolves and improves, and whether this practice helps me to be more organized and "together" in the rest of my life pursuits.

Cow creamer, posterior view
I disassembled my still life, so the cow creamer was available to pose for me from a different angle.
Guess I'm ignorant, Helen - what's a heifer? If you look at my C painting, you'll see that she doesn't have much in the way of udders... but they'd probably just break off...
With a rear end like that she's no cow; she's a heifer.

ReplyDeletebeautiful subtle modeling on the flanks of that creamer (note how I cleverly avoid calling it a cow or heifer...)
