This is my 2011 art project: I'm going to attempt to do one drawing every day of the year. The drawings can be any medium, any size, any level of care and completion. I'm looking forward to seeing how my work evolves and improves, and whether this practice helps me to be more organized and "together" in the rest of my life pursuits.

4/15/11

I was still wiped out from our trip to Baltimore last night, so I was good for nothing today. Finally, around 4:30 in the afternoon, I went out for a walk and took my sketchbook. I was headed for Rita's for an ice, and stopped to do a drawing on the way, so I would feel like I had worked for my treat. Tonight I sketched a couple of kitties.
