This is my 2011 art project: I'm going to attempt to do one drawing every day of the year. The drawings can be any medium, any size, any level of care and completion. I'm looking forward to seeing how my work evolves and improves, and whether this practice helps me to be more organized and "together" in the rest of my life pursuits.

4/21/11

Another amber glass thingy

This actually started out as a drawing of Malcolm, but he left as soon as I had drawn one ear. So I turned it into this amber glass mini-vase (?) with another fancy, lacy edge. I used a china marker, so there was no erasing, and I didn't plan this one out... just drew it fast, all in one go. It's pretty rough, but it's late...

    Wow... cat to vase; that's quite a feat. He obviously has a cat-like disdain for Art!
