This is my 2011 art project: I'm going to attempt to do one drawing every day of the year. The drawings can be any medium, any size, any level of care and completion. I'm looking forward to seeing how my work evolves and improves, and whether this practice helps me to be more organized and "together" in the rest of my life pursuits.

Alex's shoe, fresh from the wash
I drew this with a china marker. I love those things.
I don't know what a china marker is... do you mean something that marks on china? You've managed to get a nice dry scumbly shadow and a nice variety of marks. This looks like one of those peel pencils - haven't seen one in ages. Could it be that? This sketch is one of my Favorites so far!!
