This is my 2011 art project: I'm going to attempt to do one drawing every day of the year. The drawings can be any medium, any size, any level of care and completion. I'm looking forward to seeing how my work evolves and improves, and whether this practice helps me to be more organized and "together" in the rest of my life pursuits.

Egg carton
A kind of rushed, quick sketch. Maybe I'll do a more careful study at a future date.
Having drawn a fibreboard egg carton myself last winter, but very loosely with that felt on a stick made to use with Walnut Ink, I am IMPRESSED! There is so much geometry and repetition of form in egg cartons; one can imagine all sorts of foreign landscapes within an egg carton. A topographers' delight?
